Compliance Associate - #1693547

One of our Private equity clients is looking to add a Compliance Associate to its global team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance

• Support compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting.


• Prepare regulatory reports and maintain compliance logs.


• Assist with policy updates in response to regulatory changes.


• Conduct daily monitoring and produce KPI reports.


• Contribute to regulatory projects as needed.

AML / KYC Due Diligence

• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence for transactions and key counterparties.


• Support Independent Advisor onboarding.


• Maintain compliance databases and handle AML/KYC queries.


• Prepare required documentation for internal and external stakeholders.


• Preferred Candidate Profile

Core Skills

• Strong analytical, relationship-building, and client-focused skills.


• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.


• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.


• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in compliance/regulatory roles within financial services.


• Knowledge of FCA and European regulatory frameworks.


• Experience with AML, anti-financial crime, and compliance tools.


• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance screening tools.


• Degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
