As SEO Manager, you’ll lead a team of two SEO Specialists and a Digital PR Executive, working closely with the SEO Content Manager to drive meaningful results through increased search visibility.

About you

• Proven experience leading or mentoring teams in SEO
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and off-site strategies
• Comfortable and confident using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Ability to break down SEO performance and explain insights in a way anyone can understand
• A strategic thinker with a focus on driving business growth

Extra Points For

• Experience in property, legal or home-moving sectors
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS to streamline dev collaboration
• Experience with log file analysis or SEO dashboards

Your Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyse SEO performance, spotting quick wins and addressing issues fast
• Lead and mentor your team to deliver against commercial goals
• Uncover keyword and search trends to drive high-quality, converting traffic
• Respond to algorithm updates and protect key rankings
• Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve site speed and health
• Optimise pages for structure, user intent, and conversions
• Align on-page efforts with the SEO Content Manager to support wider business goals
• Drive digital PR and link-building to strengthen authority and trust
• Share SEO best practices across teams and champion data-led decisions that tie directly to growth
