Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the organization and quality of the room sales service to maximize occupancy and average rate per room.


2. Collaborating with the Reservation Supervisor, Revenue Manager, and Operations Manager/Assistant GM to achieve the highest profitability.


3. Building excellent relationships with customers to foster loyalty.


4. Maximizing departmental turnover based on occupancy and room rates.


5. Checking invoicing for no-shows and cancellations.


6. Covering the front desk when necessary.

Good written and spoken English is required.

• Proven experience in Reservation/Front Office is mandatory.
