Job Description
We seek a strategic and ambitious senior leader to shape the future of digital marketing for our iconic hotels.
As Cluster Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop the digital annual plan and budget for hotels across direct and indirect channels.
- Contribute to hotel strategy, collaborating with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, and F&B.
- Create quarterly and annual e-commerce and digital marketing plans covering all digital channels and strategies.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities including SEO/SEA, email marketing, social media, display advertising, Metasearch, and influencer collaborations.
- Report on and analyze web performance across direct and indirect channels.
- Measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Maintain the hotels' presence on key social platforms relevant to target markets and oversee social content creation.
- Manage CRM and email marketing using third-party tools for Rooms, F&B, and other outlets, aligned with strategy and guidelines.
- Monitor and support rate parity in collaboration with the Revenue Director/Manager across distribution channels.
- Manage the online reputation of hotels.
- Regularly review competitors' offerings to ensure content quality and competitiveness.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
- Brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
- Use analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience across channels and touchpoints.
- Promote the visibility and usage of the Accor App across hotels.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors.
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption where suitable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce/Digital Marketing within Hospitality or Retail.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Communications.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of current digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills.
- Energetic, passionate, and innovative in approach.
