Unit / Team

This role forms part of the Atradius Collections Unit within the Western Europe Region, cheifly focusing on the UK & Ireland.

Atradius Collections provides efficient, quick and flexible solutions to collect domestic and international trade debts. With a global network of collections specialists, lawyers and insolvency practitioners worldwide, Atradius Collections serves over 15,000 customers, supporting them to reduce client’s trade risks through our efficient Business to Business focused trade invoice collections services.

Credit-IQ is a new software solution launched by Atradius that automates the Accounts receivable management of businesses.

Job Description

The role is split into 3 key pillars:

  • To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet the region’s inflow and revenue targets and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through email campaigns, website curation and database management.
  • To drive the continued implementation of Credit IQ and secure growth through the customer base using a variety of market channels.
  • Management of projects and activities that ensure the delivery of a high-performing website that delivers positive experiences for our prospects and customers. Site updates and development to improve SEO scores. Creation of landing pages to support email and other campaigns.


Responsibilities & duties:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery and analysis.
  • Create engaging email content that appeals to our audience and aligns with our brand.
  • Segment, manage and maintain email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalised communication based on customer demographics, preferences and behaviour.
  • Design visually appealing email templates that are responsive across devices and browsers.
  • Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the industry trends and the best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders on success of campaigns.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
  • Contribute directly to the regions inflow and revenue targets for both Credit IQ and Agora.
  • Introduce, promote and market all products & services to the SME business segment.
  • Manage all Credit IQ customer/prospect enquiries and provide feedback in order to win new customers.
  • Collect and prepare all required documents/information from customer as required.
  • Proactively sell Credit IQ both direct and through Third Party Intermediaries (TPI’s).
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in line with business plan and take accountability for personal performance and development.
  • Establish strong business relationships with existing and new SME customers and TPI’s to ensure opportunities are maximised.
  • Take accountability for the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying new leads to securing contracts and handling the post-sale process for Credit IQ.
  • Manage a pipeline of future business and seek out new opportunities to generate revenue for the business as well as leads for other teams.
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations wherever necessary.
  • Responsible for web analytics (Google Analytics) and designing continuous improvements based on results.
  • Create and enhance journeys for our prospects and customers on the website that facilitate the achievement of KPIs using insights from quantitative and qualitative behavioural data.
  • Coordinate, manage, and execute ongoing website development projects from a marketing perspective in partnership with internal resources and external agencies.
  • Identify keywords and actively amend the website to ensure SEO optimisation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for marketing stakeholders in all other areas including content creation for social media, copy for Google Ads and event management.
  • Provide event management support to the wider commercial team.
  • Completetion of regular competitor analysis.


Job requirements:

We are looking for a strong, commercially driven individual to drive lead generation and SME Sales in both the UK and Ireland.

  • You develop partnerships in the UK and Irish markets to grow our SaaS/Credit-management platforms
  • Together with the team you are responsible for the go to market execution by setting up local partnerships and managing the direct sales activities
  • You take full responsibility for guiding partnerships/prospects from first contact through to being an active and successful partner/customer
  • Develop relationships to unlock the maximum potential of the partnership
  • Setup marketing programs (in collaboration with our marketing team) to promote our products
  • Gather feedback from partners and customers about the product and discuss product improvements with our Product Owner.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities, building business relationships, presenting our products, and customizing business proposals.


Essential Skills:

This vacancy is open to all candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in the role is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will have an excellent ability to manage their own workloads with first class organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be fully competent in the Microsoft Office range of products and knowledge of CRM and lead management tools is desireable. The ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines and working well under pressure will be a key strength.

The successful candidate should also be confident in presenting, pitching and promoting the Atradius Collections suite of products, factoring in commercial awareness and up to date knowledge. They should also be able to adapt to change and be flexible in working approach as we are currently in the process of introducing a new system that will directly impact how work is done.
