Do you have experience of working within a large volume catering environment? If so, my client is a leading holiday park resort who are looking for an experienced sous chef to work in an amazing and exciting holiday atmosphere.

- Can be a team player
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Be organised and motivated
- Be enthusiastic with a willingness to grow and learn
- Have a flexible approach to work and passion to progress
- Good culinary skills/passion for food
- Be able to follow direction from Senior Chefs and Managers
- Can prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes as required throughout your shift
- Can deliver exceptional food standards
- Have the ability to deputise in the Head Chefs absence
- Can ensure a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation
- Ensure that Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are adhered to and recommendations from Food Safety Audits carried out
- Have a cool head and embrace responsibility
- An ability to delegate appropriately
- Used to working well under pressure as no 2 days are the same
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Ensuring the working environment is safe, clean yet fun and positive
