  • Role: Community Support Worker/Wellbeing & Social Inclusion Coach

  • Location: Cardiff and Surrounding Areas

  • Salary: £12.00 per hour (increasing to £12.20 in April)

  • Hours: Part-time, with flexible shifts

  • Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates


Role Overview

Havesters Care Ltd. is seeking compassionate and dedicated female well-being and social inclusion coaches to provide personalized social and community support to clients. This role goes beyond care—it's about empowering clients, fostering independence, and building trust.


As this role involves offering personal support to female clients, applications are restricted to female candidates under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the client in social and community activities to promote confidence and independence.

  • Providing emotional support and encouragement in social settings.

  • Assisting the client in accessing community resources and services.

  • Helping with daily living skills, including travel and participation in local events.

  • Promoting a safe and inclusive environment for the client.


Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:



  • A kind, patient, and understanding nature.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to foster confidence and independence.

  • A valid driving license with access to a vehicle.

  • Experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals (desirable but not mandatory).

  • Some prior care or social support experience (full training provided).
