Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
• Ideally 12+ months of relevant experience in building surveying or construction (refurbishment or minor works projects)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and build strong relationships
• Demonstrated ability to support project delivery with sound contract administration and organisational skills
• A clear focus on ongoing professional development, including the ambition to achieve RICS chartership
