About the role As an Assessor /Tutor / Mentor you will deliver high quality Coaching and Mentoring qualifications to apprenticeship learners, providing structured, end-to-end support throughout their development journey. You will play a key role in empowering learners to achieve their Coaching & Mentoring qualifications by delivering tailored one-to-one sessions to support both their personal and professional growth
This role requires proven experience in coaching and mentoring, with a track record of guiding individuals to successful outcomes in a learning or workplace setting. You will apply the most current, evidence based approaches to ensure each learner can apply their knowledge confidently and progress effectively
The apprenticeship programme blends practical experience with theoretical learning, and your expertise will be critical in helping learners translate theory into impactful workplace practice
Your impact Deliver training programmes to assigned learners/clients ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved
Complete Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and outline personalised learning pathways
Reference and evaluate evidence collected in the workplace to meet key skill requirements
standards by adapting to learner needs
Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and guided contact hours, ensuring compliance with audit requirements
Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of set performance targets
Arrange additional training through day release and provide in-house training support as needed
Keep detailed records of leaner achievements to meet the performance criteria established by relevant awarding bodies
Cover a regional area and travel to learners workplaces for assessments
What are we looking for?
Essential: A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent is ideal but will provide the qualification for a candidate with the right experience
Proven occupational complete and experience in Coaching & Mentoring
Experience in an apprenticeship setting
Full driving license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration
Welsh speaking is desirable
