The Role


Are you an experienced tech recruiter with a passion for ensuring people's success and contributing to a company's overall growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join LDMS, a leading Fintech company specialising in digital lending software.


As a Talent Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of people strategies and programs to attract, develop, and engage top talent. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Taking responsibility for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from creating and posting job adverts through to preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and starter documentation
  • Taking ownership of the company’s ATS, ensuring that we are utilising the system and are able to extract the data needed to make decisions and improvements
  • Taking a proactive approach to attracting and sourcing talent, reducing our reliance on agencies
  • Supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies and processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
  • Taking care of the on-boarding process, sharing on-boarding packages, company policies, and arranging and participating in induction meetings. 
  • Assisting the Head of HR with developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including recognition programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all team members
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and employment legislation to ensure compliance
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that the responsibilities of the People & Facilities function is met, this may include general administration tasks as well as office duties. 

Key Responsibilities

Day to Day


  • Working with hiring managers and the wider team to gather requirements
  • Creating and updating job adverts
  • Advertising on various platforms 
  • Taking a pro-active approach to sourcing candidates
  • Keeping the ATS up to date to ensure accurate reporting 
  • Carrying out telephone screening and face-to-face interviews  
  • Taking a proactive approach to understanding the recruitment market
  • Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders for items such as benchmarking, competitor analysis, and candidate attraction 
  • Partner with universities and external parties to understand how we can attract and develop junior talent
  • Take part in events and recruitment initiatives
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Assist with the upkeep of the office if needed

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within the tech sector
  • Experience in owning the recruitment process within an in-house recruitment function
  • Experience in sourcing technical talent, ideally engineers with Java or Oracle skills
  • Experience using an in-house ATS 
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and processes
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives and best practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
