Start Times: Between 04:00 07:00 Average Shift: 10 hours (paid breaks) Pay - £45,596 (£18.46 basic overtime 1.25 of basic rate) Paid Breaks! Schedule: Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday
Contract: 10-week Temp to Perm
Were recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for reliable and professional Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis
The Role:
Complete 4 to 12 deliveries per shift
Handball mostly moving cages, with help provided at sites sometimes - can be quite physical at times
Delivering a mix of chilled, frozen, and ambient food to stores
Overtime paid at time and a quarter after 48 hours
Opportunity to go permanent after 10 weeks
What Youll Need:
Minimum 1 year of Class 1 (HGV1) driving experience
Valid CPC and Tachograph
A positive attitude and good presentation youll be the face of the company
Willingness to undergo a drug & alcohol test during assessment
Previous multi-drop and temperature-controlled experience is beneficial but not essential full 2-week training provided
