Eastern High is looking to appoint an experienced leader with exceptional skills in data analysis and interpretation. This leadership role will be crucial in driving the strategic direction of the school by using data to inform decisions regarding school improvement. The successful candidate will ensure there is a relevant and engaging curriculum that focuses on high-quality teaching and learning, in addition to orgainsing the school timetable. They will support the Examination Leadership link to ensure the smooth running of examinations, including developing the assessment and reporting programme for students and parents. They will work with the House Achievement Leaders to improve student outcomes by monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing targeted interventions
