This opportunity arises from organic growth as the firm aims to expand its Regulatory services in areas such as Health & Safety, Food & Drink, Retail & Leisure, Education, Green Energy, Healthcare, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Sport, and Agriculture.


If you have expertise in non-contentious and contentious regulatory and advisory work in these sectors, this is a unique chance to lead an existing team of lawyers and shape its future.


You will benefit from a national network of lawyers for client service needs, along with resources and investment to grow your regional team in the South West. The firm also provides support for business development and networking to assist in attracting and winning work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand the Regulatory practice within the firm

  • Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious regulatory and advisory work

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with other practice areas for comprehensive legal support

  • Mentor and manage junior lawyers and support staff

  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to offer proactive guidance
