Based within the Group Reward Team, which is part of the Group People Experience function, you’ll report into the Senior Financial Analyst and work closely with Senior Reward Managers, Share Plans Manager and the Group Head of Reward. You’ll produce compelling and robust analysis, delivered from various data sources. It will be your responsibility to communicate and present this data where necessary to the relevant stakeholders.


Accountabilities



  • Building reward models with large data sets in support of the reward strategy, e.g. modelling pay awards and the impact of performance related pay, incentives, allowances, etc.

  • Preparing large and advanced models for variable pay scenarios to understand and provide insight of potential outcomes.

  • Be able to effectively discuss with non-technical management what your model or analysis is showing.

  • Work with other relevant departments to ensure that model implementation works effectively.

  • Communicate and present findings from data analysis to a wide range of stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.

  • Pay gap audits (gender, ethnicity, national living wage etc.) and using data to understand and highlight areas of focus.

  • Manipulating and connecting large, complex sets of reward data, including internal and external benchmarks in order to provide insights and trends, using this as a basis to provide alternative scenarios and models based on business requirements.

  • Become an effective point of contact for other departments for general queries and project-related work.

  • Recognised expert in Reward analysis.


Skills and experience



  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Having a people and business balanced mindset against key reward principles and practices.

  • Experienced Reward Analyst in Compensation and Benefits.

  • Highly numerate, with a curious and enquiring mindset – looks for new or different answers.

  • Able to liaise with all levels across the business.

  • Experience of iTrent is advantageous.
