• Leading and managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors, ensuring engagements are delivered to the highest standard
• Overseeing audit assignments from planning through to finalisation, including preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing commercial, value-added advice
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior and semi-senior team members to aid their professional development
• Liaising with Partners on technical matters and contributing to business development initiatives across the firm

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience in an audit-focused role
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven track record of managing audit engagements and leading teams to deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframes
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and relevant auditing standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
