Location:1 2 and 7 Queens West, Queens Street, Cardiff, Cardiff CF10 2AQ-Designate Role willingto travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.
Hours per Week:39 hours
Shift pattern:Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
Salary:Up to£34,500 per annum

TheRole

As a Store Manager Designate,youlltravel between different stores in your area, supporting whereyoureneeded most.Itsa great wayto meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in your day. Youwontbe on the move forever though—this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing your career.

Asthe Store Manager,youll;

• Lead & develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service & maximise performance.
• Create exciting in-store promotions and experiences.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Ensure the smooth running of the store.

Whatyoullneed to succeed

• Bringing fresh ideasfrom yourpreviousexperience in retail management, ideally 2+years
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
