Sales Administrator - #2150142

We are currently seeking a highly organised and professional vehicle sales administrator to join our client’s well-established, multi-franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with solid administrative experience within the automotive industry or a similar sales environment to progress their career in a reputable, family-run business with over 60 years of operation. The vehicle sales administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all sales administration processes.

Duties:

• Carry out all sales administration duties in compliance with company policies as the Sales Administrator
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and organisation in vehicle files, documentation, and records
• Support the sales team by providing efficient administrative support to achieve departmental objectives
• Process vehicle orders, registrations, and invoicing accurately and promptly
• Monitor and coordinate the progress of retail and fleet vehicle deliveries
• Ensure vehicle documentation and compliance checks are completed correctly and promptly
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth handovers
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the vehicle purchasing process

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a vehicle sales administrator or in a similar administrative role within the automotive sector
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and dealership management systems (experience with Kerridge/Keyloop is advantageous)
• Knowledge of sales administration procedures and compliance requirements
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points is beneficial but not essential
