Job Title: Electrical Shift Engineer

Salary: 46k

Hours:  4 on 4 off Shift 7am – 7pm

Location: Cardiff

My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies in a Commercial setting.

A salary up to 48k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.

Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include:                                   

• Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.
• Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors

Qualifications Required

• City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum
• 18th Edition
