- Support the development and implementation of a new operating model
- Establish and continually improve programme governance and controls
- Provide clear oversight of plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Develop high-quality programme reporting and management information
- Ensure activity across multiple workstreams remains aligned and coordinated
- Provide senior stakeholders with clear visibility of progress and delivery challenges
- Drive effective RAID and dependency management
- Coordinate programme governance forums and reporting cycles
- Challenge delivery teams where appropriate and ensure actions are followed through
- Support the programme through complex organisational and operational change
- Help embed effective PMO standards, processes and ways of working
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in a PMO Lead or similar role
- Demonstrable experience supporting the introduction or implementation of a new operating model
- Significant experience working within large-scale transformation or business change programmes
- Strong programme governance, controls and reporting experience
- Excellent RAID, dependency and milestone management capability
- Experience providing oversight across multiple projects or workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving programmes
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on when required
