The Role
As an Experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality residential property service, managing transactions and ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process.
You will be based in either our Bristol or Cardiff office, with some flexibility to work across both locations considered advantageous.

You will be based in either our Bristol or Cardiff office, with some flexibility to work across both locations considered advantageous.
Salary and Working Arrangements
- Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Location: Bristol or Cardiff
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
- Working pattern: Hybrid, with three days working from home and two days in the office each week
- Office attendance: Two allocated office days per week
