Paradigm Employment Services is looking to connect with experienced Criminal Defence Solicitors interested in opportunities with an established, growing legal practice in South Wales.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing criminal defence matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Representing clients at police stations and Magistrates' Courts.
• Attending Crown Court proceedings as required.
• Providing clear, professional advice and representation.
• Handling both legally aided and privately funded cases.
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and case management.

We'd particularly like to hear from candidates who have:

• Qualified Solicitor status in England and Wales.
• Experience within Criminal Defence.
• Strong advocacy and client representation skills.
• The ability to manage cases independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A professional, client-focused approach.

Duty Solicitor accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.
