You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working across various store areas, so no two days are the same. Tasks may include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring they receive everything they need quickly and efficiently.

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, reporting discrepancies to the manager.


• Checking product quality, shelf life, and packaging for robustness in preparation for delivery.


• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.


• Polite communication with delivery staff and appropriate responses to queries and complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.

• A proactive attitude and comfort working to meet pick rates.


• A passion for customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile.
