Eastern High are seeking to appoint an Associate Assistant Headteacher for Teaching and Learning who will focus on improving the quality of teaching & learning on a whole school capacity.
They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of teaching & learning policies and practices, including monitoring the progress of teachers and students. You will ensure there is consistency and continuity in teaching approaches whilst organising continued professional development for teaching staff.
Applicants for this position must have a proven track record of outstanding classroom practice and successful leadership skills with a drive to raise teaching standards and attainment throughout the school.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 20th May
