Quality Assurance Officer- Shift - #2153176

Walker Cole International is supporting a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation in the search for a Quality Officer / Senior Quality Officer to join their Quality team on a [12-month] Fixed Term Contract, based in Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, playing a key role in the delivery of safe, effective and compliant products. The role is shift-based and offers broad, hands-on exposure across quality documentation, investigations, audits, data analysis and continuous improvement.

This role would suit a QA professional looking to build on their GMP experience within a well-established manufacturing site, or an experienced quality specialist seeking a structured contract opportunity where they can provide technical leadership.

You will be responsible for:

• Performing quality assurance activities and reviewing quality-related documentation across site operations.
• Supporting the site's Quality Management System, ensuring procedures and records remain compliant with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting quality investigations, testing reviews and compliance activities.
• Analysing quality data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting internal and external audits, supplier quality activities and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Contributing to continuous improvement, change management and quality initiatives.
• Working on a shift pattern to provide quality oversight across site operations.
